Rosalind Oakley is a principal consultant in the Governance practice at Cass Business School's Centre for Charity Effectiveness, and a visiting fellow at London South Bank University.  She also undertakes freelance consultancy projects. Ros has 20 years experience in the voluntary sector.

Ros is Chair of Charities Evaluation Services and former Co Chair of Net Impact London, a network of professionals committed to using the power of business for social and environmental benefit.  She co-authored the Good Guide to Trading (NCVO 2009), wrote the Mentoring for  Chairs guide for the Governance Hub (2007) and was co-author of the Good Practice in Trustee Recruitment (NCVO 2006).  Prior to becoming a consultant, Ros was Project Director of SIGMA, Acting Director of the Institute of Charity Fundraising Managers (now Institute of Fundraising) and Assistant Director of External Relations at RNIB.  Ros has an MBA from the London Business School.
