Sorry to interrupt…

We are a charity website still in development and you could really help by telling us what you think of the site. Once you have had a chance to see the site, would you take part in a very short, confidential survey? You just have to click Launch Survey (it will open in a new window). Thank you very much.

There were some comments made at the Trustee Matching Event on Friday about how to ensure Trustees do a good job. Here are a few of them:

  • make sure new Trustees have an induction
  • be clear about what is expected of them
  • involve them in successes as well as challenges
  • do an individual / group annual appraisal
  • thank them now and again!

What do you do to motivate and encourage your Trustees?
