Working with others

by georgelevvy last modified 12 Feb 2010 10:06 AM

How the chief executive must work with others to build an effective organisation.

Although the chief executive is the leader of the organisation, he / she of course does not work alone. Professional and personal relationships with trustees, board members, senior management, staff, volunteers, donor and benefciaries all have to be managed and maintained to make them work.

This section looks at some of those relationships and explores what makes them work.
