About Age Aid

Age Aid is a small voluntary and community organisation working to support older people in Millcaster.

Age Aid was started by a local resident of Millcaster 30 years ago when she was trying to find support for her mother who was lonely and finding it difficult to live independently.

Services

Age Aid provides advice via a helpline and advice days. They also offer practical support, a befriending service, a day centre, luncheon club and a dial-a-ride services. 

All services are run by volunteers.
