About Glenn
Glenn recently started work at Focus on the Child. It's his first permanent job and he's pleased to have moved on from the contract work which he had before.
Glenn has money worries - he owes some £15,000 in student and credit card debt. He's not good at managing his finances and as he was previously paid weekly, he's finding it hard to wait a whole month before he gets paid.
This job is really important to him and he wants to make a good impression at work. He's stayed late at work a few times to finish off tasks. He doesn’t quite know what to make of Pete, who seems to Glenn to be in meltdown.
