Director of Mill Cat Trust, Millcaster

Chris has been Director of the Mill Cat Trust for the past three years. It's her first leadership role and she often finds herself stretched to the limit by her workload.

She finds delegating particularly difficult, especially since there's no proper senior management team - the next management level down are totally pre-occupied with animal welfare, both in-house and outreach.

Chris is passionate about animal welfare but she's not good at asking for help or seeking opportunities for her own development. Her view tends to be that 'the animals come first'.

People

Chris works with the Mill Cat Trust Board of Trustees, whose Chair is Jan. The trustees include Ron and Maureen.
