Chris has been Director of the Mill Cat Trust for the past three years. It's his first leadership role and he often finds himself stretched to the limit by his workload.
He finds delegating particularly difficult, especially since there's no proper senior management team - the next management level down are totally pre-occupied with animal welfare, both in-house and outreach.
Chris is passionate about animal welfare but he's not good at asking for help or seeking opportunities for his own development. His view tends to be that 'the animals come first'.
