Missing?
Not sure yet. As the cases evolve there will need to be supporting links to "provocative" materials that stir and challenge current thinking.
Some 'managing upward' cases will need to be developed also. These are more likely to be embedded in perspective differences rather than in actions of specific kinds.

What are your impressions of how the site works?
Is it easy to use? Is it easy to log in / register? Is the navigation easy to understand? What is missing?
Would it be possible to move the links to the side/end? Found it distracting to have to click on them before I'd reached the end of the story. Otherwise all straightforward and well written.

Which links do you mean? The links to about the characters?

This means (I think) the hyperlinks connected to each name. My feeling, as the person who inserted the links, was that those who just want to read the tale will ignore the links once they have clicked on one of them. We do have the links included on the left hand menu under Characters, Places and their History. Maybe for part 2, we add a link at the end of the tale as suggested?

The site seems fairly straight forward in it's layout and intentions
Yes
Hard to say with so many areas of missing content but I have navigated round in circles quite a lot trying to familiarise myself with the Millcaster Tales episodes, questions, feedback etc. The links would be helpful background/reminders to the characters and situations but don't appear to be active yet?
Lots of content but it's understood that it's on it's way so hard to say at this stage what will be missing once the site is complete. Re Millcaster Tales scenarios could be a useful resource if there was a link/related article that covered relevant legislation, regulations etc for the situation being played out: eg. data protection legislation in the case of the stolen laptop.

Do you think there is a case for asking/encouraging people to submit references and links to these "provocative" materials?

I don't like these 'advertise here' slots - males me think that the site will be full of intrusice adverts soon - doesn't seem to fit with the look and feel of the site.

It would be great if we could have a spellcheck too!! Or at least an opportunity to retract and correct things later!

Brilliant animated version of the Cat that got the Cream part 1 - really brings the story to life - and particularly how wretched poor Jan was feeling. Have posted here as felt that my comment was really how much more powerful the animated version is. However had to skip into the non-animated version for a sneak preview of what's to come! Millcaster is really strong on illustrating what is so difficult in running chairities - dealing with people and their agendas and egos. I know that the same games run in private business - but it does seem more extreme when people are motivated by their passions rather than by money. Looking forward to the next episode in glorious technicolour - hope Ron is in (cat) hair shirt!
My first impressions of the design of the site are that its user friendly and easy to follow. It would be great to have a reminder of your questions above the 'Your reply' title above, prevent the need to scroll. Liking the millcaster pics.
