Work with Red Foundation - 3 small commissioned pieces of work

As part of Red Foundation’s activity for the Capacitybuilders funded Modernising Volunteering National Support Service we are currently looking for three partners to work with us on specific pieces of work. We are looking for the following:

1) a local/sub-regional/regional network of volunteering support service providers which must include Volunteer Centres in either the London or South East regions to demonstrate the benefits to volunteering support services and Volunteer Managers of active engagement with key social network services (6 months activity, starting September 2009, value £5,000)

2) either a Volunteer Centre in the South West or a volunteering support service/specialist infrastructure organisation for volunteer led activity working with a Volunteer Centre in the South West to explore how best to locally support the development of volunteer led activity at a local level (12 months activity, starting October 2009, value £14,000)

3) a Volunteer Centre in the West Midlands or a local authorities/Local Strategic Partnership in the West Midlands working in partnership with their local Volunteer Centre to pilot a Volunteering Champion scheme as proposed by the Commission on the Future of Volunteering (12 months activity, starting October 2009, value £14,000).
