Entering the awards is an excellent opportunity to get your charity’s work noticed by a wide audience, including policy makers and potential funders. Winning an award can be a great morale boost for your staff and stakeholders.

You can nominate a specific project or all of the work you undertake and there are ten award categories to choose from:

  • animals and the environment
  • arts, culture and heritage
  • children and youth
  • disability
  • education and training
  • grantmaking
  • healthcare and medical research
  • international aid and development
  • research, advice and support
  • social care and welfare.

The closing date for entries is 9 March 2009. Download an application form from the Charity Awards website.
