We currently have a vacancy in the KnowHow team.

Administrator (PT - 3-days a week)
Salary: pro-rata £22,765-£25,623
Contract: fixed term until December 2010
Closing date: 26 August

About the role

We are looking for someone to manage the administrative aspects of the KnowHow NonProfit project. As Administrator you will process supplier details, contracts and invoices, arrange meetings and events and manage communications on a day-to-day basis. The Administrator will also be required to record minutes accurately.

Candidates should be educated to A-level standard or equivalent and have two years experience of administration in an academic, consultancy or service company. You should be able to deal with complex spreadsheets, be confident with budgets and able to communicate effectively with a range of people at different levels. Experience of MS Office Suite, essentially Excel Spreadsheets is essential.

About the project

The Centre for Charity Effectiveness and its associated Trust deliver the widest range of services to the nonprofit sector of any university in Europe. The Nonprofit e-learning Network (NPeLN) is a pilot project funded by the National Lottery through the Big Lottery Fund and will provide knowledge and learning resources for the Voluntary and Community Sector (VCS).
