NCVO at their annual conference on 18 February launched their Civil society: a framework for action.
This document sets out a clear vision for the central role that civil society will play. It identifies the key issues which need to be at the heart of NCVO and their partner's work for the next 10 years.
NCVO say that they "will work with others to develop a programme of work that will focus on the following four key challenges facing our society:
- community cohesion
- individual and community wellbeing
- climate change
- financial security."
