Nell Hoare MBE joins The Trust Partnership

The Trust Partnership is delighted to announce an addition to its high-powered team of Associates. Nell Hoare, well known for her work in the conservation, museum and charity sectors, has joined the team as senior trust consultant.
The Trust Partnership offers outsourced management and administration services to charitable and company foundations and also benevolent societies. The range of services offered is tailored to suit the precise needs of the client. The Trust Partnership has over thirty clients making use of its cost-effective and professional services, clients include The Radcliffe Trust, West Hackney Parochial and the DHL Foundation.
Nell Hoare has a long career working in museums and conservation. Most recently, as Director of the Textile Conservation Centre (TCC) Nell successfully led major change, including the move from the charity to HE sector and the merger with Southampton University. Nell led the TCC to increased international recognition and success in the decade following the merger and has recently successfully negotiated the transfer of key TCC activities to Glasgow University. Among her previous roles was Assistant Director of England’s largest Area Museums Service, where she headed the development, advice, support and training activities.
Nell was an Expert Panel member at the Heritage Lottery Fund and she has also worked as a museum consultant in the UK and overseas. She has a deep knowledge of, is highly regarded within, the heritage and conservation sectors. Nell also has considerable experience in trust administration and grant giving, as an officer and a trustee. She has an outstanding reputation as a leader and manager.
Nell was appointed MBE for services to museums and textile conservation in 2003 and was made an Honorary Liveryman of the Clothworkers’ Company in 2009.

The Partnership was established by Benjamin Janes and Alex Kininmonth in 2005. The company has been growing steadily since then as trusts and foundations increasingly see the benefits of outsourcing all or some aspects of their management and administration.
