Subject: Sample Data Protection policies

Can anyone point me to a sample data protection policy, appropriate for a small charity with a database of users and volunteers? Know How Non Profit, NCVO and Lasa do useful guides, but I'd like to get hold of a sample policy to avoid having to write one from scratch.

There are also a number of model data protection policies on the HRBird website. Pay and Employment Rights Service tend to keep their templates up-to-date.
