How do you ensure that your organisation's values are not simply words on a wall? If you have some great tips or examples to share do it in this forum. Or, if you've done the course and have a follow-up question ask your trainer, Ian Lawson. He's checking in regularly to help and advise.

I belief that organisations should make sure that values should suit the purpose of what their organisation is being set up to perform.

Also look back and make sure that the values are not outdated for the workings of the needs of the organisations performance.
