Ian Lawson is an associate consultant at the Centre for Charity Effectiveness at Cass Business School. Previously he was at The Work Foundation/Industrial Society where he headed up the organisation's work on "Developing leadership within the world of work". He is experienced in designing and delivering programmes, sessions, presentations and is a team and executive coach. Ian has written 4 books and is a board member at the British Army Staff Leadership School.
